**Important** A $1,000.00 non-refundable deposit (per student) and our completed registration form is required in order to
reserve a space in our classroom. Your Deposit MUST be received at least 30 days prior to the beginning day of the class.

totally committed to the fact that their training can only be successfully utilized
when the equipment package is implemented. Registration packet includes:
